The Bringing Life Foundation is an organization whose mission is to provide funding for Jewish couples experiencing issues of infertility.
The expenses incurred through fertility treatments, as well as adoption services can be quite costly. Most insurance companies exclude these treatments or services from policy benefits as they are considered elective services. Given these obstacles, many couples experiencing infertility are deprived of an opportunity to have a Jewish family of their own.
Israels National Health Bill does not always fund, or inclusively supply the needed treatments and medications; in addition, it does not cover many of the new medications or treatment options otherwise available to those who can afford them.
Your donations provide direct financial support towards expenses such as medical co-pays, diagnostics, medication, treatment, care and so much more.
Bringing Life Foundation is committed to providing financial assistance to Jewish couples beset by childlessness, and who for financial reasons find themselves unable to avail themselves of the many halachically sanctioned medical advances in assisted reproduction.
Our sages considered a childless person to be "as good as dead." Therefore, we will not stand idly by We have chosen to be part of the solution, working to ensure that generation after generation of Jewish children are given an opportunity to come to this world.
From Our Tradition
The very first commandments given to all of humanity is found in Bereshis 1:28, (Genesis) the first book of our holy Torah pru urevu, (be fruitful and multiply). This commandment was given to ensure that generations after generation of Jewish souls-Jewish children- would inhabit our world in order to give the planet significance.
The advances in todays modern technology provide many sophisticated fertility treatments. However, it is the cost of these treatments that is making it unavailable for many Jewish couples who are unable to conceive.
Through the assistance of generous donations, many disadvantaged couples can afford the cycle of treatments necessary to ensure a healthy fetus is growing inside a healthy womb.
